The FJTF is led by 13 members, each of whom represent different neighborhoods and communities within ward 7.

Keith Hasan-Towery, Chair, Marshall Heights Representative



 

Keith Hasan-Towery is the Chair of the Fletcher-Johnson Task Force. Originally from Los Angeles, CA, he has a background in research and juvenile justice. Natasha Dupee, a native of Washington, DC, is currently serving her first term in elected office as a DC Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner for Single Member District 7E04. Her professional focus explores the intersection of health care, education, and employment. She can be reached via email at 7E04@anc.dc.gov

Eboni-Rose Thompson (7F), 2nd Vice-Chair, Ward 7 At-Large Representative

Eboni-Rose is a native Benning Ridge resident, a former ANC commissioner for ANC 7F02, and the current Ward 7 State Board of Education Representative.

Malissa Freese (7D), Secretary, Ward 7 At-Large Representative

Malissa Freese is the president of the River Terrace Community Organization. She is originally from New York but has lived in DC for over 20 years. She moved to Ward 7 16 yeas ago and is active in Ward 7, East of the River and city-wide organizations.

Earl Williams (7B), Treasurer, Ward 7 At-Large Representative

Earl Williams is a native Washingtonian. He graduated from Calvin Coolidge High School. After attending Fayetteville State University, Earl spent 26 years at Blue Cross Blue and 10 years at Kaiser Permanente in Sales and Marketing. He is married and the father of 4.
Earl has lived in the Hillcrest neighborhood in Southeast DC for the last 24 years. He is active in the Hillcrest Community Civic Association.

Whitney Weston (7F), ANC7F Representative

Whitney Weston lives in the Benning Ridge neighborhood and is the Commissioner for ANC 7F03.

Sharon Shanklin-Browne (7E), Benning Ridge Representative

A native Washingtonian, Mrs. Shanklin-Browne is the President of the Benning Ridge Civic Association. She has been a resident of Ward 7 for more than 50 years; Benning Heights, Hillcrest and Benning Ridge. She is a retired DC Public Schools Administrator who served as the President of the Metropolitan Women’s Democratic Club (2011-2014). She also served as the Chaplin for the Ward 7 Democrats (2008 - 2011) and chaired the 2009 Lorraine Whitlock Scholarship Dinner, an annual event hosted by the Ward 7 Democrats.

Myron is a Capitol View resident and is the president of the Capitol View Civic Association, which meets regularly and informs Capitol View residents about issues in their area.

Ambrose Lane (7B), Ward 7 At-Large Representative 

Ambrose Lane is the founder and chair of the Health Alliance Network in DC and is active in ward 7 organizing.

Cinque Culver (7D), Ward 7 At-Large Representative

Cinque lives in the River Terrace neighborhood and served as a commissioner for 7D04.

Ebbon Allen (7E), Ward 7 At-Large Representative

Ebbon is a a Native Washingtonian. His family has been in the Marshall Heights neighborhood since the late 1950s. He is an alum of the Fletcher Johnson class of 93’
He also served as fNC Commissioner SMD 7E03 and was the Chair of ANC 7E
He is the founder of Black Kings That Read Literacy. A Drum Major for equity for those underserved communities.

Brandon Scott (7E), Ward 7 At-Large Representative

Brandon Scott lives in the Capitol View neighborhood, is active on ANC 7E's economic development committee, and is a real estate professional.
